- Determining and paying salaries and other benefits, and carrying out the tax withholding procedures
- Conducting performance reviews, making decisions regarding pay raises or pay cuts, personnel transfers, and assigned workplaces
- Enforcing the Firm’s rules regarding education and training, healthcare, and other issues
- Otherwise performing appropriate personnel and labor management within the Firm
Unauthorized Use of Personal Information
The Firm will only use personal information for the purposes set forth above and will not use personal information for any other purpose without the consent of the relevant individual, unless otherwise provided under laws and regulations or the purpose has been separately notified or announced.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Firm will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the relevant individual, unless otherwise provided under laws and regulations.
Implementation of Security Measures for Personal Information
The Firm will implement the necessary and appropriate measures and properly manage personal information to ensure that such information is not leaked, lost, or damaged. The Firm will also properly supervise its employees with regard to the handling of personal information, and if it will be outsourcing the handling of personal information, it will supervise the contractor to ensure that the personal information is properly handled.
Request for Disclosure, Correction, or Discontinuation of Use of Personal Information
If the Firm receives a request from an individual pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, discontinuation of use, deletion, discontinuation of provision to third parties, or notice regarding the purpose of use of his or her personal information in the possession of the Firm, we will properly handle such request in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act after verifying the identity of the individual who made the request.
